Recovery training usually performed at the pool after matches and intense training periods.

Aquarecovery exercises  for groups are generally performed at the local swimming pool. This recovery training is especially useful after matches and periods of a intensive match program. We had Aquarecovery training with AIK during their Champions league tournament. Aquarecovery drills are perfect to increase blood flow and reduce lactic acid in the muscles, this reduces stress and fatigue in a non impact environment.
